Bench Buddy Hookless Shower Curtain Whitaker

The Bench Buddy Hookless Shower Curtain Whitaker was designed by an Occupational Therapist to work with a variety of tub transfer benches to keep water off the bathroom floor. A tub transfer bench is a helpful item for bathing independently, but a regular shower curtain will not keep water from escaping around the bench. This adapted shower curtain has a patented slit design that can be tucked in the transfer bench to keep water inside the tub. The Bench Buddy Hookless Shower Curtain Whitaker is designed with a sheer window at the top which provides modesty as well as the ability for a caretaker to be able to discreetly "see" the person showering. The BenchBuddy™ is easily installed as it uses patented Hookless® rings. The shower rod does not have to be removed when hanging the curtain, and there is no need to purchase expensive hooks. The weighted magnets at the bottom of the curtain help to secure the flaps to the inside of tub. The 100% polyester material is water repellent and resists soap scum build-up. The manufacturer recommends daily shaking off excess water and letting the curtain hang freely for air drying.
